Order Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order at zero penalty any time prior to carrier pickup and manifest assignment by our logistics fulfillment network. Simply contact [email protected] or initiate a cancellation request from your Customer Account page.

2. Post-Dispatch Protocol

If an order has already left our fulfillment facility, it cannot be rerouted in transit. You may simply reject delivery at your doorstep or initiate a 30-day return upon arrival.
