SuperKart collects contact information strictly after explicit user action, such as submitting a checkout form or subscribing to our newsletter. We strictly forbid keystroke logging or scraping partially typed inputs.
Transactional information (such as delivery addresses and phone numbers needed by our logistics partners for delivery OTP) is kept strictly separate from promotional channels. Marketing emails and WhatsApp updates require separate, explicit user opt-in and may be revoked anytime.
Guest carts and wishlists use opaque random UUID tokens rather than sensitive customer information in cookies. By default, unrecovered guest carts and wishlists are retained for 30 days and permanently pruned thereafter by automated database maintenance jobs.
